Past and Present Support
In 1991 Castle Leod was awarded grant support from Historic Scotland to put toward the cost of re-roofing the Castle tower house.
With additional and generous support from many individuals, including bequests, the CMCT has been able to raise substantial funds in the years since 1991, which have contributed to the many new repairs and improvements
Many of these donations have come from our friends in the Clan Mackenzie Societies both at home and from around the world
Commercial sponsorship has come from Whyte and Mackay, The Dalmore Distillery, Invergordon.
Special thanks go to Historic Environment Scotland and the Wolfson Foundation for their ongoing support and encouragement
We would like to thank everyone for their continuing support!
Please return to the site for regular news and updates, and enjoy the story-bank and picture gallery. Submit your own news, stories and photos connected with Castle Leod .
Every donation we receive, no matter how small, will make a difference and will help us to greater success.
Thank-you on behalf of Castle Leod
